Patrons of the Arts make a difference for the arts at DWS by promoting awareness of all programs, productions, artwork, achievements and activities. 

The College Board has put into words what supporters of the arts in schools have always known, “The actual practice of the arts can engage the imagination, foster flexible ways of thinking, develop disciplined effort, and build self-confidence….it will permanently enhance the quality of their lives, whether they continue artistic activity as an avocation or appreciation of the arts as observers and members of audiences.”

Patrons offer assistance and funding to the visual and performing arts faculty to strengthen and enrich our arts programs. Donations enhance the arts by contributing funds directly to the underwriting of programming and capital expenditures. Donors will receive special invitations to the Prism event as well as other arts events.
