First year head women's basketball coach Matt Fritsche has added another name to the recruiting list for the 2012-2013 basketball season. Sabrina Curry has signed a letter of intent to play basketball for the Midland University Warriors in Fremont, Nebraska.

"Sabrina is a very nice kid, good basketball player and the kind of hard-nosed kid that will contribute to Midland University in many different, extremely positive ways," said Fritsche.

Curry comes to Midland University from the Deerfield-Windsor Lady Knights where she helped her team win their region and finished one game short of the Georgia Final Four last season.

Curry is the daughter of Charlene Surrency who works for the MCLB and the big sister to Blake Peterson, her #1 fan.
