The Miss DWS pageant was held on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the Albany Municipal Auditorium. Olivia Carlson was crowned Miss DWS 2012. The first runner-up was Marli Collier and the second runner-up was Avery Schneider. Emily Stone won the talent award. Miss Congeniality was Lacey Coleman. The very handsome escorts were William Ashley, Michael Gutierrez, Davis Hines and Nasser Rizvi. Also on hand was backstage supervisor and Beta Club sponsor, Irene Mitchell. The mistress of ceremonies was Mrs. Debbie Allen. The Beta Club expresses their gratitude to all who helped make the evening spectacular including the 17 contestants, Ansley Arrington, Sheila Mclendon and Chicas Bridal for the tuxes.
