Media Center & Technology

Media, technology and 21st-century skills are essential components of a Deerfield-Windsor education. Across the Lower, Middle and Upper Schools, students learn to use technology responsibly, ethically and purposefully while developing the critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration skills needed for success in an ever-changing world.

Through intentional curriculum integration, students build digital literacy, strengthen research and information evaluation skills and use technology as a meaningful tool to explore ideas, solve problems and create. From introducing foundational technology skills in the Lower School to advancing research, digital citizenship and collaborative learning in the Middle and Upper Schools, our program prepares students to become confident, responsible learners and leaders in a connected world.
