Tuition & Affordability

Lower School Uniforms

School uniforms are not included in tuition or fees. Families may purchase new uniforms through Lands' End or shop gently used uniforms at the Annual PA Uniform Sale, held each summer before the start of the school year.

K3: $4,200

Pre-Kindergarten: $6,700

Kindergarten: $8,200

Grade 1: $10,200

Grade 2: $11,400

Grades 3-5: $13,800

Grades 6-8: $15,300

Grades 9-12: $16,100

Middle & Upper School Textbooks

Textbooks for Middle and Upper School students are not included in tuition or fees and must be purchased by families. Books may be purchased new or used from a previous student; however, used textbooks must have the exact ISBN specified by the teacher to ensure the correct edition is used in class.

Re-enrollment Fee

A non-refundable re-enrollment fee is due at the time of re-enrollment and secures your student's enrollment for the upcoming school year.

• $325 for the first child
• $225 for each additional child

Families who complete re-enrollment after February 28 will incur an additional $300 late fee per child.

New Student Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of $325 is required for all new students and is due at the time of enrollment.

Knight Legacy Fund

(Former Building Fund)

The Knight Legacy Fund is a one-time investment made by new families that supports the continued enhancement of the Deerfield-Windsor campus, facilities, and learning environments for current and future generations of Knights.

The fund is assessed at $1,000 per family and may be paid in one of two ways:

• One-time payment of $1,000, or
• Four annual payments of $250

Families who leave Deerfield-Windsor School and return within three years will not be charged an additional Knight Legacy Fund contribution.

Families who return after an absence of three years or more will be assessed a new Knight Legacy Fund contribution.
