Allen Lowe, Upper School Athletic Director Allen Lowe begins his 26th year at Deerfield-Windsor School. Most recently, Coach Lowe was named Athletic Director and oversees all athletic programming for the school. Earning his BSED in Math from The University of Georgia, he also earned his Masters in Teaching and Learning Leadership from Liberty University. A highly successful Head Football and Track Coach, he’s enthusiastically lead the Knights to football and track titles including 24 region titles, 10 state titles (2002, 2008, 2010 and 2012 -football, and 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017- track) and has been named GISA Coach of the Year ten times. In thirty-two years of coaching, he’s compiled a record of 256-128-3 (66%), one of only 28 coaches to win 250 or more games in Georgia ranking him 24th overall. He’s also proud recipient of the 2016 GISA Brent Cribb Distinguished Service Award given to coaches who demonstrate outstanding service and leadership. To his delight, he’s had the pleasure of coaching and mentoring 29 student athletes who went on to earn collegiate sports scholarships. His career also includes teaching and coaching at Riverview Academy, Flint River Academy, and Calvary Baptist Day School. Married to Piper (Rose), they are proud parents to Deerfield-Windsor alums Tanner (‘12), Tyler (‘16) and daughter Landon ('19). He is a member of Sherwood Baptist Church, and he enjoys reading Christian fiction, watching college football and relaxing in the backyard.

Alastair “Aly” Joslin, Assistant Athletic Director
Aly begins his eleventh year at Deerfield-Windsor School as the Middle School Physical Education Teacher, Varsity Girls and Boys Soccer Coach, Sports Information Director and Assistant Athletic Director. In this role, he manages all Middle School athletic opportunities and programming. A staunch supporter of students trying new things and getting exposure to athletic extracurricular activities, he works hard to create various opportunities for students to engage as much as possible. His teaching and soccer coaching experience is vast. Coach Joslin holds a United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, United States Soccer Federation ‘B’ License, Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma, a US Soccer Region 3 staff coach, state coach for the Georgia ODP and is the Director of Coaching and Player Development for United Futbol Academy for South Georgia . Originally from England, he played for Watford F.C. as a youth, Stevenage Borough F.C., and the South of England before being offered a soccer scholarship at Thomas University. He has served as an assistant coach at Thomas University, Valdosta State University and Virginia Intermont College where he led the women’s soccer program to the National Championship. He is married to Brandy (Griner) and they are proud parents to current Knights, Haleigh ‘21 and Garreth ‘25.
