The cost of the supplies will be charged to each student's account, and supplies will be waiting at your child's desk during the Lower School Meet & Greet on August 6. Families can simply arrive, meet their teacher and get ready for a wonderful school year—no school supply shopping required!

Lower School Uniform Guidelines
Students in the Lower School are required to wear approved Lands' End uniform pieces Monday through Thursday. All outerwear, including jackets, pullovers and fleece worn during the school day, must also be approved Lands' End uniform apparel. Approved uniform items may be purchased through the Deerfield-Windsor School Lands' End School Uniform store.
On Fridays, students may wear approved Deerfield-Windsor School spirit wear in place of their standard uniform while continuing to follow the school's uniform guidelines.
Summer Reading
Summer is the perfect time to relax, explore new adventures and discover the joy of reading! We encourage all Knights to read something they enjoy each day and record their progress on the Summer Reading Log. You may be surprised by how much you learn while simply enjoying a great book.
At the beginning of the school year, Mrs. McLendon will recognize the students with the highest participation with a certificate and a special treat. Homeroom classes with the greatest participation will also receive a special reward. Every reader makes a difference, and our Reading Rock Stars help inspire their classmates by making reading a daily habit.
Happy Summer Reading, and we can't wait to hear about the books you enjoyed!
