At Deerfield-Windsor School, our advisory programs are intentionally designed to ensure that every student is known, supported and guided. Through consistent small-group connections and meaningful conversations, students build strong relationships while developing the character and life skills needed for success in school and beyond.
Together, W.A.T.C.H. and KnightLife create a seamless advisory experience from middle to upper school. These programs foster a strong sense of belonging, promote student well-being and reinforce the values that define the Deerfield-Windsor community.
